환불 정책
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible including sizing and colour.
If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us at momolandnz.official@gmail.com prior to making your purchase. If you are unsure then we suggest you size up as it is guaranteed your little one will continue to grow!

To start a return, you can contact us at momolandnz.official@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
[Damages and issues]
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
[Exceptions / non-returnable items]
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like pre-order items, sale items(discounted/promotional products), gift cards.

[Exchange]
Please note shipping costs for exchange will be charged to you.
[Refunds(Store Credit)]
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your request was approved or not. If approved, a store credit will be issued to the value of your return. You can then use this credit to re purchase the new one that you desire. Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
How to use the store credit :
The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. This code must then be applied at the checkout and the value of the card will be applied to your order. Please ensure this is applied before proceeding to confirm the order.
